Airport Brno - TWR
The Brno aerodrome is an important air traffic junction of the region of southern Moravia. The largest share of air traffic falls to seasonal charter flights of CSA, Fischer Air and Travel Service airline companies, and to cargo air transport. Following the closing of the Brno-Slatina runway, Brno-Tuřany became the home aerodrome of the Slatina Flying Club (tel. 548 216 430). Flying schools, Bemo Air (tel./fax 545 216 372), and Herbst (tel. 548 216 867) air taxi services have their headquarters here.
Information concerning sightseeing flights, the possibility of acquiring an aviation licence, activities of the Flying Club, air taxi service, and other aviation activities can be obtained at the telephone numbers mentioned above. The Brno aerodrome is presently operated by the Airport Brno joint stock company, which is responsible for the complete operation of the aerodrome, with the exception of navigation services. Air navigation services are being provided by the state company Air Navigation Services CR - Air Navigation Services Centre Brno.

Specifics of Air Navigation Services Centre Brno
The role of ANSC Brno is to provide air traffic services in the airspace of CTA Brno, CTR Tuřany and TMA Brno, and at Brno-Tuřany aerodrome, including the providing of specified services when controlling movements on the manoeuvring area, providing ATS in TMA/CTR Přerov and, outside operating hours, of TWR Kunovice, in TMA Uherské Hradiště. ANSC Brno further provides services connected with filing flight plans, distribution and receipt of messages from air navigation services and providing of pre-flight information service. The aerodrome, in order to provide for these services, either directly or to a limited level, operates and maintains a technical infrastructure.
