The employees are ANS CR´s greatest asset therefore the Company is committed to the issue of employee care.

The social policy of the Company is realized economically and socially. Hence the company provides wages, supplements, bonuses as well as a good working environment, which increases the employees´ satisfaction.

ANS CR provides the following social benefits to its employees :

  1. The Company Social/Cultural Fund provides each employee with a certain amount of money that can be used for recreation, culture or sports. Finances from this Fund can also be used for providing loans.
  2. Employees may use the Company recreation facilities in Albrechtice in the Jizera Mountains and on Buchtův kopec in the Vysočina highlands. The Company organizes summer camps for the employees´ children in Ledeč nad Sázavou.
  3. The Company offers its employees advantageous personnel air tickets. The price reduction and the number of air tickets depend on how long the employee has been with the Company.
  4. The Company arranges capital insurance for employees after 3 years of employment with ANS CR.
  5. After one year of employment, the employees may obtain a contribution to the retirement insurance.

Other social benefits include reduced working hours, additional vacation days, language courses and preventive medical care.
